I've been in the general area of Cerritos for over twenty five years.
What I've always noticed is that it moves by it's own power.
In that, they have money and that makes it move!
It keeps ahead of the times and sees current as part of the process.
I'm impressed beyond even though I've never lived in the city.
Maybe someday it will happen,
When other cities take a clue on the why Cerritos wins every time!
